They claim they can beat a HID setup watt for watt.  Interesting.  I wonder if its a scam.

No way I've yet to see any led grow come close to quality or yield you can get from a HPS grow setup.

I totally agree; the cost of their 600w led is $2400.

a thousand bucks for 290 watts.... maybe just a good marketing /expense contest.?  nice looking led's, I'd try one for free in the grassmatch garden if they're reading. but two grams per watt, unlikely.  I still would need to take refractometer readings through the whole grow. Even the best led's didn't photosynthesize as efficiently as ones grown under hid or sunlight.

If you go on ebay you might want to look at the Vipar or Mars brands of led . The Vipar with lenses goes for about 250 bucks. Rated at 600 draws a little m ore than half , Decent light., The retail prices that you guys are talking about is astronomical.

I have zero interest in purchasing LED grow lights.  Just wanted to open up a discussion.
