Description and Justification

 

The purpose of this modification is to incorporate new office and support areas for the LARA Medical Marijuana group, which will be relocating from their current lease space in downtown Lansing into the 1st

floor, northwest wing of Constitution Hall. The work will

include new walls, ceilings, door frames, doors, hardware, HVAC distribution, Liebert A/C unit, building controls, fire protection, lighting and power systems.

100% Agency Operating Funds

Why not just move to a building more suited to their needs?  Why not allocate some of OUR $$ to benefit OUR PROGRAM? (not yelling, just emphatic ).

My guess  would be nothing will happen until after Nov 4 after then it's going to be a State owned  provisioning center

These are actually things that the money is supposed to be used for. Not given to the police to come after us with. That being said they should buy printers that actually work before they get a new building.
