The Huge Youth Enthuse For Mmj Has Not Translated Into Votes!

Why?

The marijuana demographic, ages 18-29, is politically silent while the heavy-lifting is left to older advocates, who not only vote but lobby and jostle law-makers.  Seems like the youth can't be troubled to vote, much less pass a measure out of committee while they pass a joint?
