Monkey Shine !

Arguably the most potent cultivar to date, Rare Dankness Seeds OG Ghost Train Haze #1(25% thc) is an eye popping spine tingling monster. I grew a pack of these(12), along side of a pack(12) of their Moonshine Haze.
The Ghost Train Haze is the original Ghost OG x Nevile's Wreck. I cloned all of them,, and kept an obvious winner. I'm near positive this is the phenotype that " tested at 25%+ THC and has been named The Strongest Strain on Earth - High Times 2012
The winner of the Best US Sativa HighTimes Cannabis Cup in Denver 2014, US Hash High Times Cannabis Cup in Seattle 2014 and additional 4 HT medals and 5 local cannabis awards."

I culled the clones except for her copy. I made pollen from the best Moonshine Haze girl, which holds its own in the potency department, second only to GTH(imo) Understand I personally am not interested in using either strain for my own medicine. they are both ridiculously potent, cross eyed, slack jawed, Chinese eyes, sore jaws, tongue biting, leg itching, phase shifting, color changing, star seeing uncomfortably numbing for me and even most I shared with. BUT, there is always that one guy or gal, who is up for the challenge.
That pollen was chucked at the choice GTH for an exquisite GTH X Moonshine Haze hybrid, a first as far as I know(?) I only dabbled a small bud and didn't even have a plan really. Only three viable seeds resulted, maybe due to a late/early pollination(dunno, don't care) . I grew these plants(moonshine and gth)  only for a ($)contracted culture experience, and some really freaky hash for an Indian.
Last year I was monkeying around with some cultures I got from the east, was told they were the real deal Monkey Paw, a quest of mine since the day I first sampled her. Well I grew these monsters, and cultured my butt off for months and months. These were the most difficult cultures ever for me, and I ended up throwing in the towel! These trees were very disruptive in the garden, finicky with even organic fertilizers, and refused to flower for months. I almost killed them off.....but instead hit one with my new hybrid pollen when it finally flowered.. The result= Monkey Shine ala Grassmatch

The monkey paw(?) was lemony, and waaay hashy, seemed like a good match, actually just lucky timing, with the pin sol hybrid. Its near unusable smoke. I've flowered a small scrog for sampling. Unreal. Not cool for me at all. Like a qualuude with a dot maybe. I've read about iv users describing a speedball, that fits well. My patients will sample their first Monkey Shine in about 2 months. I'll report, if I remember..hehe

any seed vendors out there?? culturepreneurs ? Now hiring, must have a card, must use cannabis daily, even while working. Never an invasive drug test, and double pay for everyone!

Yeah grass I have smoked several monkey paws

None of them were even close to what I remember.

The Mekong High was very similar to what I remember.

Can't remember who stabilized it, but it is some mind opening smoke..

Potent and stinky too.

Tried the Acapulco gold as well.

Lanky thin crap

Still looking for the LVS.( Louvaliki Valley Swamp weed)it was never tested but Neville said it was the strongest Smoke..Landeace African.

That's pretty high recommendation.

I have also found that the plants with the highest THC ratings don't necessarily flip my trick.

Too strong to enjoy them.

sorry to hear about your AG. I got 20or so from Barney and they were awesome. I kept the line for four years until I finally bored of it.
the MP I got came in the mail from a culture club member in Asia. I thought of the Mekong also, but this one was way bigger and different

edit= I don't think my Asian cultures were the same monkey paw I tried in the eighties, but that was a long time ago. . Every day every strain is a bit different, in every persons body. diet, health, etc all play heavy. Its no wonder the "best we ever had" was back when we were healthier, younger, with less responsibilities etc.

nobody ever considers their most intense experiences with cannabis memories is when they had more teeth..

Monkey Paw... My uncle, for years can not stop bringing up the monkey paw from "back in the day".

I'm very interested in seeing your results. Recently it seems to have a revival of sorts via marketing. Perhaps there is void/demand in which some see an opportunity to entice with "monkey paw". Really would love to play with this strain or a close relative of it!

I have two viable females that I cloned from  this morning. They're both sativa acting and about 24 inches tall before they expressed their sex. They stink like limes and peppers right now when I trimmed them. Look for the Monkey Shine on a planet near you!  I expect full launch within the next 70 days and pics coming soon
