Planes Being Used To Spy On Cell Phones.

This summer there was a Cessna working out of Benton Harbor's SW Michigan Regional Airport. They'd arrived around 9:00am and fly most of the day before leaving around 4:00p.

 

Neither the pilot or passenger were very forthcoming about the nature of their flights.

 

They'd take-off and loiter over various locations, often over the I-94 corridor just north of the Indiana border.

 

This activity was accompanied by more 'random' interstate traffic stops the just happened to include the K-9 SUV.
