Michigan constitution says there has to be 5 days between senate/house votes and a full house vote. Next week will be too late to meet the 5 day requirement, and it's the last chance to vote before the end of the year.

That also gives us 5 days to call our home offices, and tell them why this, shouldn't, or should pass.

i honestly dont know of any private property that is "open" to the public.

there are two types of property in this world, private and public. you cannot be both.

The news reported that there would be a flurry of activity today because of the 5 day mark. At this point the medibles bill is the only one I want to pass, and I'd rather not trade freedom of choice,for someone else's financial gain. Of course we all just roll with the punches, and hope the next one won't be the last.

5 days is a rule. They can vote to suspend the rules for faster passage. Common practice anymore.

Several cannabis groups worked to fix that language.  The most offensive stuff is gone.

 

Just says a landlord can say no smoking or growing in the lease.  Which honestly, I think they could do anyway.
