Things are moving quickly on the legalization front.

 

Indians (Native Americans) will now be able to grow and sell marijuana on their tribal lands according to the news. People are questioning whether or not this means at casinos. The Native Americans will once again clean-up big time if they are allowed to dispense pot at their casinos. Their business, along with their income,  will go through the roof. Wonder how many judges, prosecutors, police, and just all-around "good people" will show up?

 

3-4 years max before the dam breaks and the government throws in the towel.

well shoot that would give me a good reason to get back to work on the black jack tables, if I buy it there can I smoke it there?

 

I used to play black jack every day, I used to put some mm in my roll my own cigs and sit at the tables and smoke them lol, I never got caught but got lots of looks, I realy got lots of looks when I won 2k on a 5 buck bet, I put 3 on the bet and 2 on the side bet, if you get suited cards on the side bet it pays 3 to 1 i beleive, if you get a king queen suited its 25 to one, and if you and the dealer get a king queen suited you win 1000 to one, me and the dealer got the king queen suited, 2 bucks won me 2k and I pushed on the other 3 bucks,,,,I was already up, they wanted me to go collect, I told them bring it to me im not moving out of this seat lol, mean while the game was shut down for a few and I smoked me a lefty cig yee haw!  I also got caught with a vape whip in my mouth in a casino hotel soaring eagle, I thought the ole lady was coming in, it was 4 cops and the ole lady, I had been hitting on my vape, I had it in my mouth when they used the ole lady's key to get into the room,,,,,,,I kept cool knowing I was on indian land and my card ment nothing,,,,cops ask me what is that, I say my meds, they say do you have a card, I take it out with my i.d and they call down stairs to ask who's name the room is in, it was in my name, they tell me I need to open the safe, the ole lady wanted to blow more of our tax money on booze and one arm bandits, I tell them no I wont open the safe, they tell me I have to (now remember i just got popped breaking the law) I tell them I dont have to w/o a warrant, once again they say I have to open safe, I tell them if you want that safe open you best get maintenance or the hotel employee's to open it because I will not!

 

we had like 8k in the safe and I had 2 oz' in jars I picked up on the way there, I did not open the safe,,,,,they took my drunk ole lady away (i wanted her to stay) and that was it, next morning she came back drunk and she called the po po again, they came and took her and told her she was going to be arrested if she came back to the room or talked to me lol, I had to call and get a ride home, I beat her home lol and well we had an argument to say the least!

This Indian thing is going to be tough to police. The res near me that has been asking to grow has over 5 whole townships covered with all types living there. It's not like a fenced area. I don't believe people will want to be patted down as they leave. Might bust the bubble...

cannabis will be illegal for many years to come,  The DOJ   will not arrest the state ,  They will continue  to arrest patients  caregivers and dispensaries,   And they still will be busting  native Americans  and whites on the reservations,

The feds already let folks go who get caught smoking on the res. at the casinos with cards.

Gambling & cannabis go well together, at least for the casinos. It accomplishes the same thing as alcohol - reduced critical judgement skills and therefore greater likelihood of throwing one's money away - but without the vomit.

And it makes you lucky! Just kidding..lol

 

Let only the folks with cards leave with it ..... otherwise you gotta consume it right there.

Around here you only have to go to court if you didn't have your card on you. Then you just 'meet the fed' with card in hand and you can go. You had to be within your limits of course. There's even a youtube video showing the whole process. And that's where the reservation is that is asking to grow right now.

Thats why you should at least play black jack, it is the best odds in the house, if your real good you can read cards and either make a killing or get kicked out lol!

They are going to have a pot store at the casino.

 

They are either going to let everyone just roll and smoke right there and everywhere, or provide a huge area to smoke in. It's an interesting scenario. I bet they just let you loose with it to smoke away all day while you play games.

 

would be pretty nice if they did all that.
