Someone Help Me Finlooking For Cannabutter

Recommended Posts

You could also consider just getting marijuana, and making our own cannabutter. It works well with about 1 oz ground marijuana flower and leaf to 1 lb of butter.

Really really easy to make, if you simply buy the product/Marijuana..

Simmer, wait, strain, put it in the fridge.. you have a brick of high quality homemade cannabutter , Why pay for the finished product when the cost will be drastically cheaper doing it on your own and you will have a abundance to use as you wish. I have a thread with 50-100 different cannabis recipes on the forum. " http://michiganmedicalmarijuana.org/topic/40098-a-list-of-delicious-cannabis-recipes/ "

you can also look up recipee's on you tube, they not only give you the recipee they have a video showing  you how to do it, it is very easy and you will like it even more if you make it your self, it is not hazzordious to make,  I like to use 2 oz to one lb of butter, but thats me I like to start high and than adjust as needed, I go and get dif sizes of plastic containers to put it in, so I have 2,4.6 table spoons ready or half of lb, you can use the containers that most margerin come in like I cant beleive its butter and the others, and you will know exactly what you have and can bake with it,, I like to just butter toaste or anyhting else I butter and eat it that way,

Best of Luck!

Peace

Make some butter then get a package of Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines or whatever dry cookie mix. Get the kind that calls for the addition of butter. Just substitute cannabutter for regular butter and you are on your way. After baking, start with 1/4 cookie until you know what you are dealing with. You can always take more, but you can never take less.

Also, if you are planning on "decarboxylating" (cooking the marijuana before adding it to the butter) be aware that this multiplies the cannabutter's strength exponentially. Yeah, yeah, I know. You want to REALLY experience the highest strength butter you can find!

That's the whole point, right?

Take it from me and hundreds of people on this forum, you will very likely not enjoy the experience. This is the kind of stuff that sends people to the emergency room. It is not pleasant at all. You end up just wanting the experience to be over. Some people are able to take stuff this strong and enjoy it. Until you know whether or not you are one of these people, start small.

Some people think that the edible experience will be something like a pleasant, euphoric, psychedelic high. It kinda is like that with regular cannabuter, but with decarbed butter the experience is more akin to having some type of virus/flu. Over a period of six hours on my decarbed cannabuter experience, I became immobilized in my kitchen and was unable to make sense out of anything. At hour four I was pretty much unable to function and couldn't speak in complete sentences. This was the experience of others who tried the stuff too. I ended up throwing the whole batch of cookies out. I might try decarbed butter again in the future if I become bedridden for some reason. The mind worked fine, but the body was pretty much helpless. It is a serious body immobilizer, but you are completely awake. The effects wash over you in successive waves that keep getting stronger until you think that it couldn't possibly get any worse - until it does. Reminded me of reports of the way some snake venoms work. We didn't enjoy it, but your experience may vary.

Ya, I'm a heavy smoker and i started out with 25mg and that was pretty strong.  25mg is one tenth of a gram of 25% THC flowers.  I start everyone on about 1/7th of a gram of 15-20%THC flowers and tell them not to take it when going out in public.  This is decarbed kief.

I wouldn't decarb anything that will eventually go into an oven at 350f.  You'd be double decarbing it and may degrade a bit of the THC to CBN, which is a sedative.

i started mostly on edibles, so i guess i got used to it. once in a while i'd get dizzy or vertigo, but it was an interesting experience for me.

laying down and the room wont stop spinning, but its a fun kind of spinning, like at the amusement rides.

fall asleep , wake up 5 hours later and things are still spinning , whoaaaa nelly.

i cant imagine why people go to the ER though. it wears off after a couple hours. 24-48 hours max...

another time did feel like i had the flu. just felt terrible. not painful but like ultimate malaise.

thats the thing about edibles for a lot of people. they will try one bite and not feel much for 12 hours.

so the next time they try edibles, they try a larger bite, DONT DO IT!!!

every medible is different, even medibles made out of the same batch.

you wouldnt think there is that big of a difference between 1 tablespoon and 2 tablespoons but wow.

I laugh every time I listen to this...

"I think were dying" "I'm pretty sure were dead" "Time is going by really really slow" "I'm pretty sure were dead now" LOL
