She's 13 months todays.

 

The chain doesn't phase her, she'll still pull, it's mainly just a metal collar so she cannot bite through it like every other one.

We did reorder a training collar, which she responded very well too.

One thing about the long choke chain; Our wolf/sheppard mix had the end loop fall down between two patio deck boards and get stuck there. I had a heck of a time stopping the dog from trying to free himself from the deck and choking to death. He was 150 pounds of all muscle and attitude. Would hate to see that happen to a dog that was left unattended for a few minutes.

She's a lovely fur baby @BlakeS.  Ya, that long chain/ collar... is dangerous as stated above.

I'll make a note of using it far less and only using it on a leash. I prefer a harness.

Harnesses are made for pulling.

 

Prong collars are best for training/walking.

 

I actually just had a bunch of dental work done, give me a day or two to respond.
