Was a very good and informative listen. The interview session on the treatment of autism gave me more than a few insights. The raw bud smoothie concept to utilize the THC-A had never occurred to me as I've spent all my time trying to figure out how to convert it. The medicinal benefits of it alone I need to explore, I would be unsurprised if mental acuity is in there at the right dosage.

The two step medible conversation got a little derailed at the end when I thought Michael was about to discuss an aspect that I have put forth in another thread. Bon Bon type candy with THC extract injected inside that was made from leaf and flower (one step - can be identified) should be legal. Is CO2 or BHO oil considered a "preparation of the leaf and flower" and thus usable marijuana? Or will the scientist say "no leaf or flower material, it is marijuana but not usable" This seemed to be the part of Carruthers that was being walked to and perhaps it was stopped there on purpose and I'd understand why. This question is at least in the air? The law specifically stipulates "any mixture or preparation" so if Cannabutter or CO2 isn't a mixture or preparation, what the fornication is?

Access to beneficial strains for specific treatment that are difficult for parents to grow or acquire with children in specific need like illustrated perfectly the poignant need for some form of dispensary / open market model for medical marijuana patients. What good is having a cure if you are going out of your way to not allow people to receive full therapeutic benefit? That sounds cruel, Michael said the words in perfect time by lamenting "quality of life being diminished for lack of access." might be a paraphrase but I think it is close, I was writing the words already and chuckled that he was saying what was on my paper.

The comment regarding people using ineffective preparations because they don't know how to make good ones and the law won't allow them to fully explore providers means they get poor results and blame the medicine. This adds to the "See it doesn't work" because it was hamstrung from the start. I loved that point, I'm sorry i don't recall who said it but thank you.

Dan Grow's advice that Michael relayed is critical to forensic debate "Expect your opponent to come up with the most twisted argument you can think of." I liken it to "Spend more time seeking your weakness than announcing your strength." Getting in the sadistic minds of the legislators who want to send parents to jail for trying to help children with autism should qualify any defense attorney for a card.

Thanks for putting on the show.
