cbd oil is sold at gnc, and shipped for a decade legally that I know of. CBD oil is found in other plants besides hemp/cannabis

in many states the definition of marijuana includes any oils from the plant.

 

so this cbd would have to be sourced from flax...

 

and yes, technically hemp products are in some weird quasi legal thing that everyone ignores. no idea why.

 

border control sometimes seizes bird seed (that has hemp seed in it) and raw hemp fibers like the stuff they make hempcrete from.
