i think tim beck said it right there , do it like the beer market, but he keeps talking about limiting plants which is not how the home-brew is done. wants to ban personal sales, thats something i could agree on , but limiting plants is stupid.

Absolutely. Treating it as a controlled substance is the problem. Removal from the public health code is the solution and allow free use for any purpose, including cultivation and all the rest.
