"Medical marijuana dispensaries are allowed in the B-4, Restricted Office Business District with an approved Special Use Permit and an approved business license from the City’s Clerks office." - Who knew? McQueen doesn't apply in East Lansing it seems...

It is great seeing localities fragment from the Central organism in order to speed up the process of change and bypass judicial obstructionism.

 

Regulation under the CSA does make it a flawed analogy but it got me thinking about "Dry Counties". Interesting to note on the map that Michigan is a "Partially Dry" state predominantly.
