Tonight- Colorado Sheriffs join a lawsuit asking a federal court in Denver to strike down Colorado's Amendment 64 that legalized the sale of recreational marijuana and to close the state's more than 330 licensed marijuana stores.

 

Long time medical cannabis advocates and dispensary operators get relief from prosecution in Warren- but why were they charged in the first place?

in case it wasnt fully clear, my idea for limits, if there has to be one, is to mirror the fed limits.

 

so 49 plants (before it becomes mandatory minimum, or is it 99?)

and then we'll take the fed med mj program, i think is 9 ounces every 25 days.

 

then any amount over the limit is a $10 maximum civil fine. no seizing, no raids, none of that.

 

hows that sound?

bleh i still dont like limits.

I would gladly pay $10 dollars a plant  over plant limit and most people would but Lansing is never going to go for anyone growing cannabis plants imho
