Judiciary 4209. 4210. Continued.....testimony 5/7/2015 9:00 Am

So many people who are in charge of marijuana's future are so painfully ignorant of the substance. How can such ignorance be allowed in a group that is in charge of the future of one of the most important new drugs of the 21st century?

I call marijuana a "new" drug because it is just now emerging from a 50 year government imposed moratorium on testing. A completely unjustified moratorium I must add.

kesto looks like hes using the parents to restrict the act.

if you remember, in the 1980s, michigan had a medical marijuana law. no one was able to use it. it was brought into life by the legislation because of parents with sick kids asking for marijuana.

so the legislature made a tightly regulated tested law and no one was able to use it.

You know, this doesn't sound anything like the Law We the People went to the pols and stood in line for..

Allow open air Sun Shine grows and you won't have to inspect our basements. The law all but forces a grow, unnaturally, indoors.

tax, regulate, restrict, intrude, ......We voted to grow our own or have a CareGiver do it for us in private without intrusion of inspectors or Leo.

Evidently the patients are getting there Meds so continue to allow them to produce it themselves.

So how much will a gram of this taxed and tested treatment be? Is increasing the cost burden to the patient worth the profit for the labs and politicians?

GET OFF MY GRASS

DECRIMINALIZE

No Thanks to 4209 or 4210

Do all the patients testifying have "queen for a day"? Aren't they worried about the local police coming down hard on them, and their caregivers, for manufacturing suspensions, and oils?

Looking like afa the disps go, your gonna find transfers outside their 5 Every Time.

Stay in your lane , do the speed limit keep your taillights/brake lights working and you won't get pulled over .

same thing but different

LEO needs Simple

Simple = Decriminalize

I also like how one lady referred caregivers as "Joe Blow off the street", yet the only people that end up helping almost all the patients giving testimony, are caregivers.  The guy who was a caregiver for his husband, said everything should be tested, so I assume every plant he grows get's sent out to a lab, then I'm sure after he makes the oil, it's sent to the lab one last time before his husband uses it.

Wasn't the guy making the oil for his husband stating that it takes a pound of bud to make 3-4 grams of oil?   Sure seemed like he has pounds and ounces mixed up.

Does anyone have any idea why Kesto asks each patient about their monthly/yearly cost?

labs i'm sure gave estimates of testing costs.

prosecutors/police want home grows gone, but at what cost?

kesto wants to see if those numbers match up with reality/patients i'd guess.

the gay couple were really great. although everyone was too strong on testing. dosages are not based on thc/cbd levels but strains, entourage , terpenes etc at least imo.

almost 50! wow. well, serious injuries will age you i guess.

i dont believe anyone is listening to these testimonies though.

the lady with cancer said it attacked her cancer from a stage 3 to a stage 1. a real non-toxic cancer killer and no one even says anything. pathetic.
