Jillybean

Orange Jilly

this particular jilly bean is medium stretchy forms a wide bush easily, not tight buds at all, more saty-like lengthy colas. good vigor and yield. tiny thin hermies seen but don't believe they are viable. definite orange smell/peel flavor.

Wow, you just jogged my memory.  I got 3 females and the 3rd took 3 weeks longer to finish, was orange in flavor and more sativa stretchy.  Since the 3rd was so different from the first 2 I remembered it as a different strain.

darn those hermies. I heard jillybean wasn't really stabilized at all. Not surprised all the youth rage gear herms.

I've learned to not freak out if a plant hermies. full blown fat pollen sacks can be a serious problem. late flowering small narrow hermies often don't pollenate anything.

I would agree with that. In fact, I think a late nanner is the plants way to say it's done or getting there quick.

Likewise, haven't had any Herm problems with the Jillybean. Females have stayed female. Though generally speaking, I don't often have any problems with even late flower herms.

If I suspect that something MIGHT herm, or if it has had a problem herming in the past, when I put it into flower (very first night, before it goes into the room) I give it a good shot of Reverse.

The shortest of the three is the most indica-like. Big fat buds, resinous, and smells like purple pez.

Second is medium height and shows about 50/50 indica/sativa. Nice big buds, but not nearly as dense as shorty. Orange tropical smell. Nice resin production.

The tall lady is the most sativa dominate. Tall, stretchy, and softer, smaller buds. Orange smell with some sour notes. Maybe a bit of lime. Resin production is not the best.
