I watched this documentary recently. I remembered the story headlines from my earlier years. What a perspective from those who were involved. The 99% still fighting the 1%.

Strangely I don't remember this. The Weathermen, SDS, Yippies, Watergate, Black Panters, and others come immediately to mind. These are the patriots.

This was the zeitgeist. We had learned and were still learning the shortcomings of power, only to be shown later and more dramatically by Richard Milhouse Nixon that the fundamental principles of democracy had been undone. Edward Snowden keeps this tradition going.
