What about the ® front runner: Carson?  I've yet to hear a comment about him. Electable at all?

Carson is a proponent of the Drug War and a believer in the marijuana gateway theory. He is also an adamant Right-to-Life Christian.

 

As such, I believe he is unelectable.

 

Personally, I wouldn't vote for another Bush or Clinton. Most likely I'll sit this one out again but if Carson is nominated it will be another vote against election for me?

Unfortunately, I have found this attitude to be prevalent among the 70+ age people I speak with about cannabis.

They don't want to admit that they were duped by their gov't.  I also found the ones who are less receptive to new

information are the staunch republicans.  The folks of this age and attitude still comprise a very large % of the

voting block.

 

Mr. Christie is an idiot imho and I can not fathom why he has any supporters.  Oh yeah ^^ those folks.

So....Christie is very much in the news as a possible running mate for Trump.  What might be the impact on Trump's stance on cannabis if he picks Christie as VP?

 

Christie has been a Trump supporter for a long time.  if not VP, he may be appointed somewhere else in a Trump administration.  What would be the impact to the cannabis reform movement if he became the new federal Attorney General?  I have to say, I was glad when he fell out of the Republican race but lately, his future role has begun to concern me again.

It would be good for Trump if he did not give anyone, any political favors. Why should he anyway? Lets say he gives Christie nothing... It's not like Trump wants to be a politician. There wont be any backlash. No one likes Christie. or Marco. etc.
