Dialing Back Your Flowering Time

So here's the thing, I find myself wanting to dial back from my current 10pm to 10 am flowering time to 9pm to 9am. A mere change of only an hour.

 

Here be my question- How can I do this and provide the least amount of stress to my ladies? Abruptly make the switch in one night? Slowly knock down 15 minutes a night or so over a period of 4 days?

just change your timers by an hour, the plants won't mind.

Agreed its not that much of a time change an hour here or there shouldn't affect them at all.

As a newer grower I've messed up a few times with the timers and such...I agree...just do it, they'll be fine.

recall that outdoors the sun isn't always shining. I've seen some high tech lighting systems that actually go from full on to dim to off and back again on a cycle that saves cash(40%?)  The system also allows for the "color/temp" of the light to be adjusted automatically and throughout the lights on duration. I've lost power all day in the flower room and the veg room and just continued on like normal the next day with no issues, cept stress, on me.

 

then I got a generator.
