Im not a fellon (only by the grace of god and paranoia and luck)  so if I have under my limits of mm, plants, and follow all of the rules of the 08 mma voters iniative, Im not breaking any laws and can have a weapon, hand gun . long gun, etc

 

How can they give me a manditorry minimum for having a weapon if im not breaking any laws?

They are saying that they always sentence above the mandatory minimum so eliminating it will do nothing. Which would make sense with our worthless legislature and court system:

Two-year Felony firearm isn't an indeterminate sentence. It is an absolute sentence. An indeterminate sentence is a sentence that is a range, like "9 to 15 years."
