this is just a quick note article, there will be more detailed information coming out later.

 

thanks to everyone who showed up / testified / helped with the petition and fought for its right to be heard in court for a year.

 

the director of LARA now has to decide to allow or reject it. since it was submitted a year ago, he is over the "180 day limit" as described in the department rules.

(5) Within 180 days of the date the petition is filed with the department, the department

director shall make a final determination on the petition. The approval or denial of the

petition shall be considered a final department action subject to judicial review under

the act.

There where a lot more people their  today then before maybe 35-40 people i was glad they give it the OK but has you have said it go to the director of LARA  

 

So how can we put pressure on the Director to do the right thing ?
