that's what i call my gsc#4 since she is all female except for the lower 2 branches, which are 100% male pods. everywhere else she is female.

I got a plant that has pistels abundant and has pods too. Keeping an eye on plant as it has til Nov. to finish. Not sure what caused it to hermie.

 

But then maybe it isn't a hermie? I thought once it hermied that it stopped growing the pistels, so will wait and see.

Both the calyxs which contain the pistols and the male flower can both grow at the same time right next to each other.

Look for tiny pale/yellow banana looking things that will be poking out of the bud.

They can be plucked off to finish if not to plentiful.

This is the last of plants to flower, about 3 weeks into flower. Lots of pistols and green pods., mostly on lower end of bud that is forming.

 

How long does it take the male pod to open up? I'm thinking at least a couple weeks or more. No banana's anywhere.

 

Plan is to run it through anyway as it is last plant.

sounds like a couple late flower rogue pollens. No worries though, those seeds, if you get any viable ones, will be female if there are NO males around.

yes, sir.  I am just not at all accustomed to seeing hermie actively select only two of 26 branches----while appearing nowhere else. nowhere else!  if that's normal i'll eat bumwad's shorts.  bring barbcue sauce.  nowhere else on the whole plant but on those 2 branches, and coating the entire branch, tip to bracht. (bracht maybe wrong word for where branches attach).

thanks pic book. I already keep my fav cut from bc bud and cali in culture for future works.   The only plant I've seen full of sexual confusion throughout is the blueberry lines. The others I've seen were a branch/bud sporadically.
