Address On Card, Dl Different

Recommended Posts

You dont have to have your home adress on your card, you only have to have your correct name, age and medical info, you need an I.d to prove it is you,

I know several c.g's who use p.o boxes as their adress instead of their home adress, either way when you show your I.D It will show that it is you, alot of people dont have their mail delivered to their home for several reasons,

as far as just a patient card, no worries, homeless are allowed to be pt's and im sure they use p.o boxes or a friends addy!

It is allowed!

Best of Luck and welcome to the site!

Peace

I've used my PO box for cards since 2009.

Your cards will only have a LARA #, your name, and date of birth.

My DL doesn't show my PO box # but my vehicle registration does.

In the unfortunate event that I need to present a card to LEO, he will see that my name and date of birth match on both my DL and MMJ card. If LEO is looking at my credentials, he will also see my vehicle registration, which will show the PO box #.

So I have no worries about using a PO box for my MMJ cards.
