Man Put Back Into Prison For Buying Psuedoephedrine To Allegedly Sell To Meth Makers

A verbal dispute with a girlfriend brought police to his home, where marijuana, drugs and scales were found. During the investigation, police determined he bought the cold medicine for $6 to sell for $50 to make meth.

 

Public defender Terri Norris said ____’s health goes downhill when he is in jail. She asked for probation for his three-times-weekly dialysis to await transplant for a hereditary kidney issue.

 

____ said he had marijuana, but had let his Michigan Medical Marijuana Act card expire. Judge O’Grady told him he was one of the “old dopers using the new law to make past acts legal.”

crazy judge too. that never helps. way to be insulting to a person who kicked a drug habit and is on dialysis and the transplant list.
