forgot to tell you, komorns case will take years...

 

do you have everything printed out?

copies for the prosecutor/judge too?

 

I have some stuff printed out. I guess that's where I start to worry. If I'm printing right material. I guess just print anything and everything I find helpful?

I realize it will take years for Lorincz case but what I was saying is it may cause some prosecutors to be hesitant as word spreads. Unlikely yes, hopeful... yes

yes, print off anything you think will help..

 

unfortunately carruthers is the current "wax" / extracts case. just make sure you detail that your wax was made from dried flowers, not stalk resin.

 

this case is being appealed to the court of appeals, i believe it is taking on the improper transport charge.

you can use it to keep your case held in abeyance until it is settled in the COA (well the coa could rule backwards like it does in 90% of mmma cases)

 

 

 

also i find it distressing that your lawyer cannot contact the PA. although it is holiday season...
