Stephen Colbert Hammers John Kasich On Not Legalizing Pot

its a good video, kasich should realize no one claps for his stupid bs. while everyone claps for colbert's reasoned logic.

Kasich continually jumps to the other track.  Colbert keeps trying to turn the discussion to cannabis and Kasich keeps veering to the opiate addiction problem - like one leads to the other. 

 

He seems to have the same problem Nancy Reagan had.....all drugs are bad.  While that is fine for a 6 year old, there needs to be some refined thinking and teaching as kids age.  And, our laws certainly shouldn't be based on the logic of a 6 year old.

Fentenyl is routinely used for surgery now along with numerous other concoctions typically referred to as a cocktail. In fact I have been given it at least a half dz times in the last  2 yrs.

 

Every one of these public servants (as well as the would bees') bring up somebody they heard of that 'died from drugs' never bothering to clarify that it was NOT cannabis.

If cannabis were common again, we would need not worry about 'saving the children'.

 

People who spout this line of thinking indeed do need to check their facts instead of

parroting the media lies.

 

How many children died back in the 80's when they were 'hanging' themselves for the rush of it.

Kids will always devise new ways to 'get high'.  Many I know started out from their parents

medicine cabinets.  Yeah... hide your weed but the pills are right there available.

Remember knocking each other out? as we later learned,  was called hyperventilating... We didn't have any cannabis at the time either!
