Employment Health Screening Thru Bronson Prohealth Experience?

I was offered a job and will get tested at the above named place for the same name hospital job.

I was planning on bringing in a synthetic urine but I was told the physical exam and drug screening could take up top two hours! Do I have to get into a hospital gown? Anyone been thru this recently? Thanks.

Only correction type situations watch you pee into a cup not sure if any employer can legally watch you fill the specimen cup?

General Motors: Male nurse watched me pee in a cup. 

 

You have to keep the fake/clean urine close to your body because the test vial has a heat strip on it that registers the temp. I had clean urine in a film container in my sock and the examination nurse saw it. Didn't say a word though. Couldn't use it because of the 'peeper'. 

 

Luckily, all that water I drank helped me pass the test. They said they could tell it was watered down and threatened to make me re test but never did.

It has been quite a few yrs but I got a job and st. johns hospital on moross/7 mile and another hospital job in west branch MI, I never even thought of a urine and blood screen, they either didnt test for thc or didnt care, I got both jobs!

 

They have system clean ups you can get at wall marts or rite aid/gnc also but rite aid has a gnc isle, they are a five day clean out, it totaly cleanse your system of all things not supposed to be there! and it lasts untill you use again, if you can stop for 5 days it will most def work for you, I beleive they even have a 2 or 3 day cleanz,,,,,and they both worked great for me while I was on probation,

 

If you are thinner it takes less time, if you are a bit over weight I would do the 5 day clense!

You couldnt have tried the 5 day clense than, Just sayin, it is a 5 day clense, you do pills in the morning, noon and night for 5 days, I know one of the pills are golden seal root, if you have time you can just do golden seal root and alot of water, I would do my clense at least 10 days before I had a urine screen, this isnt one of them nasty taisting things that work of only a few hrs. if you do this clense you wont have nothing bad in your system untill you use some thing bad, if you use this and dont smoke or do any other narcotics it wont show nothing bad, it wont say your hiding anything, it is the best I have ever used, and I have unfortunatly used alot lol!

I took Niacin about 2 wks prior to random testing at a factory I worked and passed. 

I had medicated heavily the night prior also.  I knew they would pull me in as I am

quite vocal about cannabis   They did... I passed.. in ya face.

 

The nurse watched me pee.

to say... I do not know if the Niacin is what did the trick. It is the only thing I had done differenty though.

yea mine was one of them "overnight cleanser" i have seen the 5 day ones thats just alot of pills to swallow and i cant swallow pills lol so im screwed

It does.  It causes skin to flush pink on neck, ears, inside of elbows and behind knees and it itches.

This only lasts maybe 15 minutes and for me was mildly uncomfortable.  Some are effected more/ less severely.

For myself those effects subsided after about 5 days from beginning the niacin.

 

Now, I did pass this screening at my job but 2 years later failed while in the court system and I hadn't smoked for 5

days prior.  I had been lightly consuming cannabis the entire time I was on probation up to that point also.

So my conclusion is.. ya never know.  I think the courts just randomly say peeps drop dirty to perpetuate the business.

 

I've known so many folks through the years that have used that store bought 'cleaner' only to fail their urine test.

No one that used the hair cleanse ever passed either.

Heh - a few year ago I applied for a job at the GM Bristol/Van Slyke truck plant in Flint, referred by my brother who is a journeyman electrician in that shop.  When I first applied for the job, I got a haircut and shaved all body hair and quit using cannabis.  (It wasn't easy)  About 90 days later,  I got a crew-cut and shaved all my body hair clean - so no chance of someone taking a pube or underarm hair for testing.  The testing folks were a bit taken-aback because I had no hair to sample.  I told them that I was competing in a body-building competition - a farce because I could never compete in a body-building contest - as anyone could conclude based on my un-fit condition.  Long story short, I passed the drug screen but didn't get the job.

I worked for Bronson and went through the pro health for the urine screen. This was 10 years ago but they never had me change into a gown. I just showed up, filled out paperwork, then given a cup to pee in. They escorted Me too the bathroom but did not enter. I was clean at the time, but could have easily smuggled in what I needed. They are very busy and I don't think they really cared that much, just wanted to get to the next patient. Just remember though, that was 10 years ago, but I doubt it's changed much. Good luck!
