Ok Lets say I am 18 yrs old!

 

 

Day after christas Im driving on a busy major mall area, 5 lanes, busy as all get up.....I acidently rear end the car ahead of me!

 

No one hurt just some dings.  Leo comes and He asks me to step out,  I step out, he cuffs me,,,I am a legal mm pt,,, I have a lil over an oz in a bag in the consel between the seats.

 

what will happen to me?

They have a (secret ?) code  attached to that failure to stop bla bla citation that will tell more of the story to the judge and/or SoS  ie accident,,, . He has the herb as evidence, maybe some to be tested.  Cop is trying to think up some other charges re: your herbskis.  Dont know how that will go... Best of Luck to ya, bro. cop says he is gonna charge me with illegal transporting,,misd,  I want it to disapear,  Im 18 Im spoiled and I want it competlety gone!

 

I only have the traffic ticket,,,he didnt give me a ticket for that, he just took my 360 bucks worth of meds.....I want them back...

Only crime i see is 360 dollars for lil over a oz haha. .i hope who ever it is gets all charges dropped no one should be a criminal over a little pot.

I put this at you guys as a question, a young man from  here contacted me for help or moral support, He must of read one of my post's about getting myself out of trouble!

 

I totaly feel for this young man, it just happened like I said the day after christmas!  he probably spent some money gift cards at the despense and paid a fortune for his oz, but hey he is legal and unfortunatly even though the mm transport law is unconstitiunal it is what it is.

 

I told him what is gonna happen for sure,  the sos will take your liscense for 6 months to a yr, you will pay your traffic fine for failing to stop in a safe manner, etc

 

I told him he may not be in court for the transport for a while, the cop didnt give him a ticket for that, took his meds and told him he would be contacted about the other charges.

 

I told him they may just give him a simple possesion if the prosecutor wants to procede....he says he realy wants it to just disapear, I said the driving part is a given the mm part isnt!  you need to lawyer up to get it gone, and I still think it will be a possesion charge misd, no matter which route you use, and he would be put on probation an probably not be able to use mm while on probation, but hey I got to use it in alpena county!

 

Thanks guys, hopefuly the kid is reading this and dont take offense, I thought more imput would be good, and if the young man wants to chime in, I hope he feels comfortable enough to I will not say what member this is either way, I just hope it all turns out for the kid!

if he had vicodens and xanax in his glove box none of this would of happened exept the accident and it was an accident!

 

cop smelled the mm imediatly when he came to the door, kid got hand cuffed right away and searched, he was let go at the accident and they towed his car!

I think what is mostly in question for the prosecutor is the medical rec. They always question it when a patient is that young.

Make sure that he knows they can't make him say where he bought it.

18 yos have two ways to get it off their record though, hyta and 7411. so he could be ok with one of those.

 

i would tell him to go to court and watch how other cases go.
