A ruling by the Supreme Judicial Court on Monday is expected to help untangle parts of the sentencing mess left by the mishandling of drug samples by a state chemist that might have tainted tens of thousands of criminal cases.

old news, i still cant believe she only got 3-5 years for literally taking baking soda from the police evidence and ADDING COCAINE to make it a positive drug test when it had tested negative multiple times.

 

and then she had done this in so many cases that not even the supreme court has the number. nor could she even give an accurate number of how many times she committed this crime.
