Mmj On Probation

Hey guys first time posting, loving the amount of content on here so far a lot of interesting topics!!

So a couple weeks ago I got pulled over for speeding in Keego Harbor (48th district court) and the officer that stopped me found my bowl, grinder, and tree (yes i know i messed up speeding with that in my car). he was actually really nice and only gave me a paraphernalia charge not possession. i went to court yesterday and had the charges dropped down to a civil infraction ( i cant actually remember what they gave me) and double parking, and ruled in favor of 74-11 so records are sealed. but i think i will still get probation (sentencing is April 11th, wish me luck)

so now for my question

i was planning on going to get my med card for chronic back paid caused by bulging disks in my back, however a friend of mine said i will be denied my card since i got in trouble for a drug charge. I was reading a few threads in the forum and they lead me to believe that what he said isnt true. has anyone else been in this situation? can i get my card then meet with my probation officer (if that is the ruling) and show her my card and paper work and be able to medicate?

i would also like to add taking pain pills is out of the question for me, i had problems with them in the past and dont want to go down that road again.

you will be on probation under the 74-11,  the 74-11 means they will drop your charges if you dont get into any trouble while you are on either 1 or 2 yrs probation, not many county's let you use mm on probation, I got to use it in alpena county, but havent heard of to many others getting to, I would make sure that gets worked out between you attny and the judge, your p.o is not going to let you, mine was all pizzed off when I got to!

Peace

edit= you can be a pt with a drug record, you cant be a c.g, you can only be a pt and grow your own, you cant be a c.g!
