Sb 776 - Opposition Letter - Draft Ideas

I'd like to write a letter to my Rep in Lansing opposing this bill. Looking for brainstorming ideas to include in the letter.

 

Here's what i have so far...

 

On March 10, SB776 was referred to the Elections committee on HJ25. If it comes up for a house vote, I would like you to vote against it. It is undemocratic, out of touch with technology, and I see no benefit it would bring to Michigan. Can I count on you to oppose it? If you talk to Jeff Irwin, could you ask him to vote against it in the Elections committee?

underhanded - tell them to put it on the ballot and let the people decide about 180 days.
