Talks, concert sat nite, free lighters, oil containers, free seeds, free t shirts, rolling papers, etc and a great time with like minded people.  freedom in an outdoor event?  Just being able to smoke a joint while you shop for seeds or watch a concert(without worries) feels nice.

i saw state troopers around the area on friday (the setup day) but not during the weekend. last year there were troopers during the weekend watching for traffic violations.

 

i wonder if the police were too busy with the state wide free fishing weekend to bother the cup in june.

 

guess we'll find out in august.

Not to knock these expensive mega events but crowds & heat ain't my cuppa joe. I'd much rather there be more widespread farmer's markets again...
