The most powerful strain on the DEA ledger, a "reprocessed" batch numbered 1304-1, tops out at 13.7 percent THC. Most batches in the "high THC" section of the inventory are less than 8 percent.

 

The University of Mississippi's supply is essentially stuck in the 1970s, when THC content rarely broke the double digits.

Yeah, seen the old vids of them interviewing that lady patient, and it had stems, prob seeds, just a horrible prep of the product... Rolled all up in a joint and delivered. She was unrolling them to take out the stems first. Its been a while, but remember thinking mexi brick was of a better grade.

Btw, thats the federal medical mj program that came about from the carter admin (almost 40yrs of the program existence), and still has a few survivors in the program today. Its a federal medical mj program that exists today... For those that didnt know one exists.
