whaddya mean KD?  

I mean, he did his time, is honest about the charges and his skills, claims clean and sober now.....where's the "nose thumbing?

 

I thought the ad was to be a caregiver didnt know it was just for employment even that makes no sense why bring up  at all?

 

  I  never did seems the less a prospective employer knows the better  the illegal past issue only comes into play if its a job where you cant be an ex felon .
