Michigan Gun Permit Form

Recommended Posts

I wouldnt read to much into that article,

I as a pt should be the only one that knows that, besides my rec dr. and lara,  No one can see if you are a card holder unless you give them permission and your card number!

There is a confidentiality law, if I was turned down for a weapon, I would seriously look into suing some one or something lol!

I would not say im adicted to mm,

So I can say I do morphine patches and still own a weapon? bawahahahahaha!

You know what else we can do?  We can drive around with our morph patches on our dash board and not get in trouble from leo, put a joint in your ash tray and your going to jail!

That makes as much sense as no helmets on motor cycles but you have to wear a seat belt in an auto lol!

Im suprised they dont make car drivers wear helmets and motor cycler's wear seat belts!  :yahoo-wave:

We realy have some screwed up law makers! :drinking-coffee:  :butt2:

Peace

p.s

In today's world I would give up my card to own a weapon, I dont think it makes any sense at all, but I can still use mm like I have most of my life and still own weapons,  My weapons are for hunting, of course they can protect my family also, but they were purchased for hunting, even my side arms are for taking with me hunting, I cant tell you how many deer I have missed because they come up on the wrong side of me, and I cant get my rifle turned around in time to shoot before they get away,,,,my side 357 saves me from that as long as the deer is close enough!  Not one of my weapons were purchased to protect my family in mind!

I open carry my hand gun during deer season and have for alot of yrs!

Depending on what shop you go to around here, they have a completely seperate form asking if your a mm patient/caregiver when you purchase a fire arm. The guy said point blank you would be denied for checking yes. Im not familiar with the cpl forms, its been a few years but i would assume depending where you go, they probably have a similiar form accompanying the normal ones.

I just bought an antique rifle from a retailer in Genesee County. I filled-out the form, which asked if I'm addicted to drugs. I'm authorized to use MMJ but am not addicted so I checked "no" in the box. I left the place with my gun and my confidentiality (as an MMJ person) intact.

right. they decline to define addicted, so the plain meaning of the word is used.

also has anyone ever gotten in trouble for not checking the box?
