Hagopian: For companies like INSY, the coming changes will be extraordinary. Today, they have round 50 sales people to pursue about 8,000 doctors willing to prescribe their solutions. That makes for a very targeted selling force, but also limited in scope. As more doctors become willing to prescribe their solutions, the revenue opportunities will multiply exponentially.

And you need to wonder why meds are so expensive.  Should be no need for advertising or sales people.  And most of the sales reps for big pharma are hot women wonder why.  15 years ago or so i worked as a catering driver those reps would spend hundreds of dollars on lunch for the whole office to try and bribe those docs.
