Is Anyone Aware Of A Precedent For Clones Within The Last 6 Months?

The story goes that a MI MMMP patient was prosecuted for possessing 3,000 cuts, most of them rootless AND he was not convicted due to no THC found in the cuts?  There were no buds in his grow? Supposedly this court decision means there's no penalty for cuts.

It sounds bogus to me.   However peeps are changing to selling only clones as they are the only safe things to possess.  And there is no limit to the number of cuts one can hold.

The guy who told me says that attorney Paul Stokely represented the defendant.

doesnt sound accurate, marijuana means any part of the plant growing or not.

they charge you with marijuana, not with thc. thc only comes if synthetics.

the tests are for thc, but the plant itself is illegal.

the only way to get around this would be possession of hemp plants. but people dont grow hemp legally either so i have doubts.

(2) "Industrial hemp" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9-tetrahydrocannibinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.

(4) "Marihuana" means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., growing or not; the seeds of that plant; the resin extracted from any part of the plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant or its seeds or resin. Marihuana does not include the mature stalks of the plant, fiber produced from the stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of the plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the mature stalks, except the resin extracted from those stalks, fiber, oil, or cake, or any sterilized seed of the plant that is incapable of germination. Marihuana does not include industrial hemp grown or cultivated, or both, for research purposes under the industrial hemp research act.

you know what? maybe it would be considered industrial hemp if there was not much thc in the cuts......

Crappy medical cannabis growers rejoice!!!!!!   " no man really, this smoke sucks, try it....seee, you cant arrest me I dont even know what I'm doing"

My attorney told me that leo could and likely would count cuttings as they would any other wet drying cannabis given a situation like a raid, while searching for evidence.  I was concerned specifically about my preserved cuttings in stasis. They dont grow, they have no roots, and no thc, no dirt, test tubes and jello is all
