Conclusions

It is concluded that alcohol facilitates feelings of aggression whereas cannabis diminishes aggressive feelings in heavy alcohol and regular cannabis users, respectively.

This is more or less an empathy position on my part, would make sense from the jailers perspective too, but the least they could do is offer up a daily allotment of mj for anyone in jail... And give them a garden to tend while there = low cost method to mellow them out and pass the time. But i suppose the co's would lose out in some side cash. Im a little surpised big pharma doesnt lobby to have xanex issued out daily... Or that eventually big commercial States like IL will eventually contract out for mj in the big house... Even more profit for those fuks, yeah?
