I was just digging through some of the thousands and thousands of old documents i have, and thought I should pop one up for old times sake.

 

This is a report I picked up from wikileaks back in 2009. It was actually written in Nov 2008.

 

It gives a pretty good snap shot of the time period. A lot of history. If you don't know much about the history it runs some of it down decently through 2008.

 

 Worth the read. just thought I would share.
