Helen Devos Children’s Hospital is in the final stages of approval to start testing cannabidiol oil in children who suffer from neurological disorders like epilepsy, 24 Hour News 8 has learned.

Probably delayed because oil is considered illegal until December.

sniffing around the internet i see this

https://www.theroc.us/forum/current-clients-hemp/220-recommendations-for-neurologist-in-michigan

We have been seeing a pediatric neurologist in Grand Rapids at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. The Neuro we see there is not on board with CBD oil. We went to see Dr. Harry Chugani at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, in Detroit. He had a few ideas for medication changes and also said that he would recommend CBD before we tried any surgeries. But, he is leaving that hospital in November for a hospital in Delaware.

so yeah.

One Friday each month, Matthew visits Spectrum Health Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids to receive treatment through an IV. For about nine hours, he receives intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), which contains antibodies, according to the Mayo Clinic.

wtf? seriously WTF? IVIG for epilepsy? are you insane?

its like the dark ages out there in medicine world. research your bunny muffin, people. hospitals will try anything to get your $$$$$$$$

except of course, hospitals will not try a non toxic easily grown cannabis plant that has clinical studies to prove it works for helping epilepsy.
