Commutation Grant: Prison sentence commuted to a term of 360 months’ imprisonment, and unpaid balance of $150,000 fine remitted at the time of his release.

reading up on billy, says he had a couple marijuana charges dating back from 1977. which probably makes him about 60 yrs old right now.

 

this guy gets making whoopee 40 years prison for weed, and obama takes off 10 years. gee, thanks obama. what a saint.

 

billy already did 20 years in jail for importing weed.... whats another 10 i guess.

obama commuted his life sentence to 30 years. 2025 he gets out now.
