Bye Bye Sessions

Sessions is going for the 'loophole' when you know you have perjured yourself. They can't convict you of perjury if 'you don't remember'. Just like Flynn did before he was fired. Pretended he forgot all about it.

Someone needs to say it:

Sessions said good people don't smoke marijuana.

I say that good people don't collude with the enemy and then pretend they can't remember when caught.

He's either demented, doddering, can't remember and can't do the job, or he's a terrible spy traitor liar and has no right to the job.

I think that Sessions was caught by wiretaps too and they leaked it to Frankin. That's why Frankin asked the question that Session lied about. The Russians totally flogged Sessions and Flynn. That Russian ambassador is a walking wiretap. That's how they caught all those Trump people talking with him.

Now Sessions recused himself.

Sessions in fessing up because he now knows the whole meeting, in fact every meeting the Russian spy had, was totally documented with audio and video.

The investigators are just trying to get each one of the people who met with the Russian to lie about it under oath. Session fell for that right on public video. Bald faced lied because he thought he could get away with it just like Flynn.

Does anyone think that it's a coincidence that when Assange was leaking Hillary's emails for the Russians that this Russian spy was going around and meeting with most all the Trump people? The Russian was already part of the investigation and may have actually been working for our investigators voluntarily during the campaign. It looks like that now. The only question is if Trump himself kept enough separation from the Russians. Did he only deal with Russia through his people or do they have this same type on evidence on him and they are working their way up the chain.

Seems like he already had some sort of a deal before he started talking about 'working with' the Russians.

You can bet the Russian spy tried to make a deal with Trump just like he did with Sessions. He went to each an every avenue into the Trump campaign. Flynn actually started making a deal. So far it sounds like Sessions resisted a deal. He said the Russian aggressively tried to get him to commit to a policy about Ukraine. The way Trump talked he already made the deal.

None of these conspiracies are necessarily illegal. Hard to prove anything illegal and the law they would have to use to prosecute is old. So the investigators and prosecutors try to get them to lie under oath, which is easily prosecuted.

Trump Jr bragging about all the investment money in Trump inc coming from Russian oligarchs because US banks refused to loan him money.

Yup. And the smoking gun at the top; No tax returns.

They are definitely hiding something from the American people. But they aren't hiding anything from our intelligence services. They know the whole story already and are leaking it out one drip at a time so everyone can get a good look at the train wreck in slow motion. Nothing has come out yet from the meetings in Russia except they happened. Those are definitely all documented too. Just like British intelligence leaked, all is known about those meetings by all the big intelligence services. They say Trump went there and Trump says he didn't. So we know Trump lied but not necessarily under oath. The special prosecutors will be messing with this for years. It will be just like the Bill Clinton investigation. A perfect circle. The universe likes that, balance. It's Trump's turn in the barrel.

You don't really know much about Russia and what has been going on aye?

Do you consider them a friend? A friend that invaded our allies? And who Trump campaign officials supported in invading our actual allies?

Estonia, Ukraine, Georgia?

It isn't cold war,... it is just the way it is. We are not friends. At all.

Our interests are anathema to one another unfortunately.

That seems to be the issue...

yeah, russia does bad stuff. they killed a lot of ukrainians (some of whom were paid and supported by usa to fight russia). i agree.

but russia is not our enemy, any more than mexico or canada, or afghanistan, iraq, syria, libya, yemen etc are usa enemy. which is to say , these countries (prior to usa bombing the shiz out of them) had nothing to do with us. they are countries, some of whom have oil or pipelines that usa wants to control.

what are you saying? we should war with russia in the quest to control all the oil? you speak in cryptic verses, mal.

russia isnt much of a country. its large. but very poor. a few nice cities and 90% poor dirt farmers. plus siberian wasteland.

i find it funny that usa had a cold war with russia, a country that couldnt even feed its own citizens. russia was going to invade usa ? honestly? makes no sense.

The Russians Are Coming the Russians Are Coming (1966) was a fun film though.
