Best Strains For Insomnia.

What are your guy's opinions on the best strains specifically used for Insomnia, with zero to no anxiety at all?? Thanks!

Couchlock by British Columbia Seed Company.  Northernlights #5 x afghani.  But if you grow some or smoke it, plan on doing nothing but sit around and sleep.

not green crack or any sativa based strain.  I like oil before bed or edibles a few hours before.

I'm with Budz. Go for heavy indica.. Deathstar works nicely at bedtime for me.
