I am wondering mabee a lawyer out there would form mma group insurance where a large group of us caregivers could pay dues per month and recieve legal protecton advice and other legal moves to safegaurd the caregiver model and move that group and keep that group in any future models if alot of people would pay into it more people would show in numbers when needed

I am wondering if we card holders have a class action case against the state of michigan, I was told in 2009 that my protected health care info would not be revealed to anyone, Now we hear about ccw lic being pulled by gun boards for no reason from card holders the question must be answered How many people have access to this data base of card holders? can anyone walk in flash a badge of some sort and have total access? I feel violated and wonder if its worth it anymore,

Nope we can not get away from it, and we do not have to convince a judge of anything just 12 people who are becoming more informed every passing day and are more likely to be part of the 64% that voted for medical marijauna Now if your a caregiver with 72 plants for 5 patients and mabee yourself i think then your going to have a hard time trying to sell it to a jury, On donations, elec bills ,nutrients, gas delivery, time, ect...and showing no profit at end of year, and having patients all with legit medical needs,able to come into court and tell the same story, I think it would sell with an informed jury, I think some non profit paper work would help aslo.
