  1. It is enclosed area with wire on top. Not sure about the rec rules. 16 x 32 area.
  2. Plan is to buy a load of top soil in bulk.
  3. Plan for this year is to take out a foot of the soil and replace with a load of top soil. Also will build a 3’ diameter box x 6” high on top of ground and fill with top soil. When ready to plant, will use some pro mix around plant. Any suggestions?
  4. I had same problem last year, too many trees that took away the sunlight. Plan on opening up this year, started a week ago.
  5. Just renewed card so got two years before getting photo on card. Believe a card holder can ask for a new card if they want photo on the card. Not me as I will wait for next card.
  6. Good idea to have the soil tested. I'll look into this.
  7. After a month in garden, the leaves started turning yellow. Plant that was in pot was nice and green and healthy. I assumed from this that the soil was not good. Started giving nutrients every other day and it helped some. Soil is moist as we live close the standing water. When dug down, first 3" was top soil, next 3" was clay, and the a dark sand. Not sure if I change the soil a foot down will help. Or use pots on top of ground and not need to worry about the soil.
  8. Seems like the soil for outdoor garden isn't good for plants. The plants didn't look as good this year. Planted one plant in a 10 gallon pot and it looked better than plants directly in soil. I'm thinking of removing the soil for a 3' diameter area, maybe a foot deep and fill back in with top soil. Or get the felt pots that are 50 gallon and set on top of ground. Filling these pots with Ocean Forest will cost a fortune though. Using the felt pots will limit height, maybe to 8'. This shouldn't be a problem as I can crop the plants. What do you think would be best route for better soil? Just looking for opinions for next year.
  9. How about Monroe, Michigan 48161?   Help! Need a caretaker.

  10. I'm not finding this info in bold. I see up to 10 ounces. Can you guide me in right direction. Thanks
  11. If only a couple of branches, do like kingdiamond suggest and cut the bad spots out. You can also do a hydrogen peroxide bath. Believe it was one cup peroxide to 3 gallon of water in container. Soak for 3-5 minutes. Then rinse lightly and hang with fan blowing.
  12. Yesterday I was talking about getting a super skunk or skunk #1 to run out. What seed banks have you tried? Let us know if you find the stinky strain.
  13. Small buds and finish clippings I use for butter.
  14. I've used Fox Farms Ocean Forest for years and no gnats or spider mites. Roots Organic is a different story. Roots Organic had lots of gnats. Only used the one time, vendor said they had lots of complaints at the time.
  15. The VA in Alpena text me a couple weeks ago, said they had the one shot vaccine if I wanted to set up an appointment. Since I am a long hauler, I am still waiting. Recommendation from my VA doc.
