but...

the hard work begins now keeping the new law shaped by the voters in place not the fearful establishment's future plans to give the feds the courts and the prison guards union what they want...fresh meat/blood to feed the machine

The more states that realize MMJ does have medical uses, the sooner that the Fed's will have to step down and take it off a schedule 1. Once they do that, they are opening it up for cultivation and larger stockpiles of it. Once you legalize it, and you can have multi acre outdoor grows, prices will drop. If someone could have a 10 acre MMJ farm, grown outside, you can get prices down to probably $1/gram in a dispensary.

 

So, where I see everyone's point that this law isn't great for patients, it is still a major step in the right direction.
